We want you to be fully satisfied with your ZÜCA gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your ZÜCA box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
